Nicole Costa

Nicole is a paralegal in Taft’s Real Estate group in the Dupont Circle office. She coordinates with title companies, surveyors, zoning consultants, lenders, and other third parties to resolve title, survey, and zoning matters and facilitate successful closings.

She has experience drafting loan documents and conducting thorough due diligence by reviewing title commitments, proformas, surveys, UCC and lien searches, zoning reports, environmental reports, and tracking outstanding issues through resolution.

Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree in English literature from Towson University.
