Nathan R. Miles

Nathan focuses his practice on commercial litigation with experience spanning varied industries and matters.

His practice involves commercial real estate disputes, including landlord-tenant and premises liability litigation; business acquisition disputes, such as earn-outs and warranty breaches; corporate governance disputes, including business dissolution and derivative actions, government investigations, and local and administrative liability; and complex commercial disputes, including contractual matters, business disputes involving fraud, trade secret misappropriation, and all manner of business torts. Nathan also assists clients with briefs and petitions in federal and state appellate courts, such as amicus briefs and certiorari petitions in the U.S. Supreme Court.

Nathan has been named to the National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 – Georgia annually since 2023 and as one of Best Lawyers^®: Ones to Watch for Commercial Litigation Law annually since 2024.
