Nathan R. Miles

Nathan is a senior associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice, and his experience spans varied industries and matters.

His practice involves commercial real estate disputes, including landlord-tenant and premises liability litigation; business acquisition disputes, such as earn-outs and warranty breaches; corporate governance disputes including business dissolution and derivative actions, government investigations, and local and administrative liability; and creditors’ rights and post-judgment collections actions. Nathan also advises technology clients on data privacy issues around litigation.

Nathan has been named to the National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 – Georgia annually since 2023 and as one of Best Lawyers^®: Ones to Watch for Commercial Litigation Law annually since 2024.
