Summary
Nate is an attorney in Taft’s Real Estate practice group, where he focuses on commercial real estate transactions. His practice includes advising clients on a broad range of matters, including real estate joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions of hotel properties, and commercial leasing transactions. Nate also has experience assisting clients with general corporate matters, securities offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Nate earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Cleveland State University College of Law. While in law school, he served as Chief Managing Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review and was honored with the Chief Justice Samuel Silbert Award as Outstanding Editor of the Year. He received his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in finance and economics from The University of Alabama.
