
Summary
Mona is an attorney in the Private Client group, serving individuals and families in all aspects of their estate planning and administration needs. Her practice emphasizes addressing estate planning and tax-related issues and opportunities, as well as collaborating with clients’ professional advisors to help them achieve their lifetime and post-death goals. She assists clients with ongoing estate planning updates and provides guidance in transitioning responsibilities and procedures when they or their loved ones become unable to manage their own affairs.
Following the death of a client or family member, Mona provides both fiduciary and non-fiduciary legal support throughout the estate and trust administration process, ensuring that beneficiaries’ needs are met in accordance with the terms of the trust, and guiding the trust through to termination when appropriate.
