
Summary
Miranda is a paralegal in the Phoenix office where she provides support for the Employment and Law group. She has closely followed local, state, and federal employment statutes to maintain proper regulation. She also drafts and propounds subpoenas at State and Federal levels.
With strong organization and communication skills, Miranda has experience handling all aspects of high-level case management, from initial fact analysis, historical research and investigation, document collection and review, development of evidence and computations of special damages, in addition to drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses. She is an experienced filer in the Arizona Division of Civil Rights, Equal Employment Opportunity Division, Municipal, State, and Federal courts.
Miranda earned her bachelor’s degree in English literature from Florida International University and her master’s in clinical psychology from Capella University. Additionally, she completed a mastery course for professional paralegals from LexisNexis.
