Michelle O'Brien Hubbard

Michelle has supported Taft’s business and finance attorneys as a paralegal for more than 30 years. She has extensive experience assisting with complex mergers and acquisitions, entity compliance and related matters, financing and real estate transactions and multi-state corporate formation, governance and equity matters. She is integrally involved in all aspects and stages of these transactions, from due diligence and research to drafting a wide variety of corporate transaction and related closing documents.

As a certified paralegal through Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, Michelle works directly with many of the firm’s clients on a regular basis, including management personnel at a number of private equity sponsored companies. She also supports the Real Estate and Creditors’ Rights practice groups with acquisition, financing and disposition transactions.
