Michel Lee Bird

Michel is a paralegal in Taft’s Real Estate practice group. She performs title and survey review, due diligence review, real estate document recording, and closing document drafting.

In her position, Michel focuses on residential and commercial transactions, as well as multi-state and multi-property transactions. Michel is also experienced in judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, real estate owned (REO) property sales, and title curative for the correction of defects in title.

Michel earned her bachelor’s degree in administration with a concentration in organization administration and her master’s degree in administration with a concentration in logistics and acquisitions from Central Michigan University.
