Michael N. Emmer

Michael’s practice concentrates on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing in the areas of commercial, industrial, retail, and residential real estate. He represents owners, private and institutional developers, builders, real estate management companies, brokers, operators, and investors.

Prior to joining Taft, Michael worked as corporate counsel for a media broadcasting company, assisting with acquisitions, dispositions, lease agreements, corporate matters, and securities regulation.
