Max Mittleman

Max focuses his practice on real estate and environmental matters. He has significant experience representing developers, owners, and operators in the areas of commercial development and the sale and acquisition of real estate. He works with the financing and leasing of offices, apartments, and retail projects nationwide, as well as in the acquisition and management of existing mixed-use condominium projects. He also works on the development of ground-up, complex mixed-use condominium projects and the acquisition and development of manufactured housing communities, multi-family communities, and recreational vehicle resorts.
