Matthew A. Chosid

Matt is an attorney in the firm’s Real Estate practice group concentrating his practice on commercial real estate. He spent a considerable portion of his early career in the general counsel’s office of a publicly traded company, and currently focuses his practice on the negotiation of complex purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, property management agreements and other ancillary real estate matters for public and private companies.
