Marina Beradino

Marina is an associate in Taft’s Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and regulatory matters, including investigations and enforcement actions by the DOJ, OCC, SEC, and other federal and state agencies. She also represents clients in securities litigation and complex commercial disputes before federal and state courts. Marina brings substantial courtroom experience to her practice. As a member of the defense team in a four-week federal criminal trial, she conducted cross-examinations of government witnesses, including expert witnesses. Before joining Taft, Marina practiced at a leading New York City law firm.

Marina earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, graduating Order of the Coif in 2024. While in law school, she served as a Managing Editor of the Minnesota Law Review. Marina received her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in political science from Boston University.
