Mariana Veiga

Mariana focuses her practice on energy and infrastructure transactions, advising clients across the full project lifecycle on mergers and acquisitions, project development, joint ventures, and project financing. She represents domestic and international clients on strategic investments and other complex corporate transactions across the energy sector.

Mariana also serves as outside general counsel to energy companies, advising on corporate governance, commercial agreements, and other day-to-day legal and strategic matters. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced at several prominent law firms, where she represented public and private companies and private equity funds in sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions. Her experience enables her to guide clients through complex legal, commercial, and business challenges in the evolving energy industry.
