Summary

Mandy is a skilled litigator based in Taft’s Cleveland office. She has experience with many aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, research of novel and complex legal issues, and motions practice.

Mandy was previously an associate with Jones Day, where her work included traditional commercial litigation and investigations. She also conducted fact investigations and witness interviews for internal investigations into corporate affairs.

Mandy earned her J.D., cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz School of Law and her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in political science and sociology from Case Western Reserve University. While in law school, Mandy served as a legal extern in the Federal Public Defender Office: Capital Habeas Unit in Columbus, Ohio and was an Online Editor for the Ohio State Law Journal.
