Madeline A. James

Madeline is an associate in Taft’s Minneapolis office in the Finance group. She has experience representing borrowers, lenders, and various other financial institutions. Prior to joining Taft, Madeline worked as a renewable energy finance associate for a large Minneapolis based law firm.

Madeline earned her J.D. from the Iowa State College of Law and her bachelor’s degree in English and Political Science from Iowa State University. While in law school, Madeline was an Associate Note Editor for the Journal of Transnational Law & Contemporary Problems and a Student Writer for the Journal of Gender, Race, & Justice.
