Madeline Campbell

Maddie focuses her practice on tax and employee benefits law, advising businesses and their owners on a range of matters involving tax planning, compliance, and employee benefits.

While earning her J.D., Maddie worked as a student attorney in the Community Economic Development Clinic, where she advised small businesses and nonprofits on entity formation, governance, contracts, employment policies, and risk management. She also served as Vice President of the Business Law Society and as Managing Editor of the Race to the Bottom Corporate and Business Law blog.

Maddie graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in rhetoric and professional writing from Washington State University.
