Mackenzie Sauceman

Working closely with Taft’s Chief Recruiting Officer and Professional Development team, Mackenzie focuses her work on attorney recruiting and supporting associate-development strategies, goals, and objectives across the firm.

Mackenzie assists in the execution of the Taft Summer Associate Program in the Taft Minneapolis office, and manages the CLE process for firm-wide internal professional development.

Mackenzie’s previous experience includes serving as a legal assistant, a dance instructor, and the development coordinator for a nonprofit foundation.
