Lisa M. Jasper

As director of operations, Lisa manages the office administration team and support staff at Taft’s Cincinnati office. She works directly with the Cincinnati partner-in-charge and office leadership to facilitate a positive and productive work environment for both staff and attorneys, including office engagement and professional development programs for staff.

In this role, Lisa is also responsible for hiring new staff members, developing and managing the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky office budgets, organizing and executing community engagement activities, and managing internal space planning projects. Prior to joining Taft, Lisa worked as a legal assistant at two firms in the region.

Lisa received her M.S. in Criminal Justice from University of Cincinnati. She received her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology, from Ohio University.
