
Summary
Lindsey focuses her practice on corporate tax incentive projects across the country for both public and private companies and ranging from complex corporate structures to startups. These projects involve all aspects of credits and incentives, including Research Tax Credits, Work Opportunity Tax Credits, lobbying expense reviews, and other federal and state programs designed to attract and retain businesses and job growth. She enjoys getting to know her clients’ business and spending time with the operations team, engineers, scientists, and others to truly understand their business and find creative ways to maximize opportunities for them.
Prior to practicing law, Lindsey spent time at a Big Four accounting firm where she gained quantitative and analytical skills that help in her legal practice.
Lindsey is a licensed CPA.
