Lily is an experienced litigator focusing on complex commercial, real property, trusts and estates, and constitutional disputes. She is recognized for her skilled advocacy in both jury and bench trials, sophisticated negotiation in high-value cases, and her consultative approach in advising institutional and corporate clients on litigation risk and resolution strategies.

She advises clients in all stages of litigation from commencement and discovery through to mediation, settlement, or trial.

Prior to joining Taft, Lily was a partner at a boutique law firm in Vero Beach, Florida. Before that, she was an associate with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Bingham McCutchen LLP, where she focused on securities law and financial services litigation.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Lily attended Miami-Palmetto Senior High School, where she received The Miami Herald Silver Knight Honorable Mention in English and Literature.
