Summary

Lili is a transactional attorney who focuses her practice on electronic payments. She advises clients on commercial payment processing agreements and related regulatory matters, drawing on her background in mergers and acquisitions to navigate complex deal structures and negotiate key commercial terms. Lili also has experience in gaming law, including licensing, compliance, and general corporate matters.

While attending law school at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Lili was a student clinician in Loyola’s Business Law Clinic where she advised entrepreneurs, small business owners, and non-profit organizations on various business matters. She was also a summer associate at Taft and a summer law clerk at the City of Chicago Labor Division.

Prior to attending law school, Lili was a Department of Justice Accredited Representative for the National Immigrant Justice Center and a Fulbright Fellow in Konya, Turkey.
