Summary

Libby Jacobson is an associate in Taft’s Minneapolis office and is experienced in all aspects of business law.

Prior to joining Taft, Libby was an associate in the Chicago office of a well-known regional law firm where she focused her practice on corporate and transactional matters.

Libby earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in English, with distinction, from the University of Minnesota. While in law school, Libby served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Susan Richard Nelson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and was also managing editor of the Mitchell Hamline Law Review.
