
Summary
Lena is an associate in Taft’s Detroit office and focuses her practice on all matters related to business law.
Before joining Taft, Lena worked as a summer associate with the firm and at the Wayne State University Immigration and Appellate Advocacy Clinic as a student attorney. She also gained valuable experience as a judicial intern to the Hon. Yasmine I. Poles, Oakland County Circuit Court.
Lena earned her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School where she graduated cum laude and Order of the Coif. While in law school, Lena served in a variety of positions that expanded her legal knowledge and skillset, including being a Wayne State Taft Transactional Law Competition team member and Invitational Chairperson, Vice President of the Business Law Society, Executive Editor for the Journal of Business Law, and a Moot Court Junior Member. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan.
