Laura is a seasoned legal administrator and operational leader, with more than 25 years of experience managing the administrative, financial, and personnel functions of law firms. As director of operations for the Florida offices, she oversees the daily business functions that support attorney productivity, client service, and long-term strategic growth.

Laura received her degree in business administration from Palm Beach State College.
