Kit Schultz

Kit’s practice focuses on advising individuals and families on tax-efficient wealth transfer and succession planning strategies. He also has experience assisting with healthcare incapacity documents and researching tax-efficient estate and business succession planning strategies.

Kit earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School where he served as a certified student attorney for the Family Law Clinic. He also holds an L.L.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in history from Macalester College. While in law school, Kit worked as a Civil Division Law Clerk for the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office.
