Kim A. Hansen, SHRM-SCP

As director of operations, Kim oversees legal administrative assistants, paralegals and document production in the firm’s Minneapolis office. She also works closely with the management of the Minneapolis office.

Prior to Taft’s combination with Briggs and Morgan, Kim was senior human resources manager at Briggs, where she oversaw the firm’s legal administrative assistants and paralegals, in addition to the firm’s document production manager. She was also involved in human resources work including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, staffing, and policies and compliance. Kim is an SHRM Senior Certified Professional.

Kim earned her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
