As an associate in Taft’s Cincinnati office, Kiley focuses her practice on business law. She represents publicly and privately held companies and brings experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities regulations, corporate governance, and start-up companies.

Prior to joining Taft, Kiley was an associate at a well-known regional law firm where she practiced in the corporate group.

Kiley earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in political science from Berea College. While in law school, she served as Publishing Editor for the Immigration and Human Rights Law Review and worked as a fellow for the Ohio Innocence Project where she reviewed and investigated claims of innocence.

Active in the community, Kiley is a member and volunteer of a 501(c)(3) non-profit called BeGreaterWith that helps instill confidence in young student athletes, ages k-6, by providing good quality uniforms and equipment to their sports teams. She also serves as the assistant coach for the girls high school varsity basketball team at her alma mater, The Summit Country Day School.
