Summary

Khouloude is an associate in Taft’s Lending and Finance practice group. She represents local, regional, and national banks, public companies, and large corporate borrowers in connection with a wide range of secured and unsecured financing transactions.

Prior to joining Taft, Khouloude was an associate at a well-known regional law firm in Cleveland and focused her practice on commercial and real estate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Khouloude earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her B.S. from Tulane University. While in law school, she served on the Executive Board as Copy Editor for the Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine and was the recipient of the Samuel Archie Award for excellence in clinical work and client relations.
