Kelly Batt is a paralegal in Taft’s Indianapolis office supporting the Corporate Governance practice group. Kelly has over five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in lease administration, legal document preparation, and cross-functional coordination.

Before joining Taft, Kelly was a senior paralegal who collaborated closely with in-house legal counsel to analyze and respond to redlines and tenant-proposed edits, ensuring lease terms align with company policy and mitigate risk.

Kelly earned her bachelor’s in business marketing at Marist University.
