Kathleen Fink

Summary

Kathleen is an associate in Taft’s Cincinnati office. She represents a broad range of clients in state and federal courts and brings experience across all phases of commercial litigation, from pre-litigation through appeals.

Kathleen earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and was a summer associate with the firm for two years. While at Vanderbilt, she served in a variety of leadership roles, including Student Writing Editor for the Journal of Transnational Law, the Executive Director and Auction Director of the Legal Aid Society, and the Treasurer of the Immigration Law Society. She was also an active member of the Woodbrine Immigration Clinic and the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. Kathleen graduated magna cum laude with bachelor’s degrees in economics, international studies, and Spanish from The Ohio State University.
