Julie builds brands and protects ideas.

With experience spanning the full lifecycle of trademark protection, Julie centers her practice on trademark prosecution, enforcement, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) litigation. Julia also assists nonprofit organizations in governance and compliance matters, including board policy development. She is known for integrating litigation insight into transactional work, helping clients reduce risk before disputes arise.

At the core of Julie’s practice is advocacy, whether she’s protecting a brand, guiding a school district through special education regulations, or helping a client move forward with confidence.
