Summary

Jordan is a conflicts attorney in Taft’s Minneapolis office. She has experience addressing multiple types of conflicts-related issues, from reviewing conflicts and evaluating related questions or concerns to assisting with securing consent from attorneys and clients. As a conflicts attorney, Jordan is able to break down the conflicts process and effectively guide attorneys so they best understand how to identify and mitigate any potential risks.

Prior to working in conflicts, Jordan was an associate with an Indianapolis law firm, where she advised and counseled on real estate and property related law, and handled matters involving contracts, homeowners associations (HOAs), and civil rights claims.

Jordan earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and bachelor’s degrees in criminal justice and psychology with a focus in neuroscience from Indiana University Bloomington. While in law school, Jordan was a law clerk for the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission as well as Co-Chair of the Women’s Caucus and a member of the Health Law Society.
