Summary

As Client Compliance Counsel for Taft, Jessica supports efforts to ensure firm compliance with increasingly robust client contractual requirements outlined in Outside Counsel Guidelines and other client-required agreements and oversees the firm’s completion of client questionnaires and other vendor forms.

Jessica has more than a decade of management experience in the legal services industry, with a robust background in settlement administration in consumer, antitrust, employment, data breach, and mass arbitration matters. Prior to joining Taft, Jessica served as Program Director to a leading global technology-forward company in the legal services industry. Prior to entering the legal services industry, Jessica was a practicing attorney and utilized her legal knowledge to venture into lien resolution in mass tort claims administration.

Jessica earned her J.D. from the Hamline University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in international business and Spanish from the University of St. Thomas. While in law school, Jessica was a Symposium Editor for the Hamline Law Review, an Editorial Assistant for the Journal of Law and Religion, and a Bakken Research Fellow in Property Law.

Jessica is a Certified Professional Project Manager.
