Summary
As Director of Operations, Jessi manages the office administration team and support staff at Taft’s Atlanta office. She works directly with Atlanta partners-in-charge and office leadership to facilitate a positive and productive work environment for both staff and attorneys. Jessi is responsible for day-to-day supervisory activities to effectively and efficiently manage assigned office staff, including staff performance, training and development, payroll timekeeping, recruiting, on-boarding and retention efforts and overseeing daily office activities in the Atlanta office.
Prior to Taft’s combination with Morris, Manning, & Martin, Jessi worked as Director of Human Resources at MMM, where she managed human resources policies, legal support staff, day-to-today operations, and payroll.
Jessi received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kennesaw State University.
