Jeffrey W. Parker

Jeffrey is an associate with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and employment law disputes. Over the course of his career, Jeffrey has represented clients of all sizes in high-stakes matters across federal and state courts.

In the commercial litigation space, Jeffrey manages cases involving contract breaches, business torts, shareholder disputes, and fiduciary duty claims, often navigating complex proceedings with significant financial exposure. He is adept at handling all phases of litigation—from pre-suit investigation and strategy, through discovery, motion practice, and trial.

Jeffrey also has significant experience assisting clients in sensitive matters involving restrictive covenants and theft of company confidential information and trade secrets. This includes aiding and advising clients acting swiftly to investigate suspected wrongdoing, navigating early electronic forensic analysis, and obtaining preliminary injunctive relief to maintain the status quo during the pendency of the lawsuit.
