Jarissa Sabal

From New York to Colorado, Jarissa brings a diligent and strategic approach to advising her clients. As an associate in Taft’s Private Client group, she helps individuals and families achieve their personal and business wealth goals. Jarissa focuses her practice on guiding clients through complex trust, estate, family, business, and tax matters, providing thoughtful and high-quality support.

With a background in business law, she has also represented clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, cross-border deals, asset purchases, auction sales, and corporate reorganizations.

Jarissa earned her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she served as the editor of the UCLA Entertainment Law Journal, and her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
