Jamie is an associate focusing on corporate and finance matters.

Prior to joining Taft, Jamie was an associate with a well-known regional law firm, where he focused his practice on corporate and transactional matters including securities law, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Jamie earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and earned bachelor’s degrees in finance and political science from the State University of New York at Fredonia. While in law school, Jamie was a Law and Leadership scholar and served as Executive Notes Editor for Case Western Reserve University’s Health Matrix: The Journal of Law-Medicine.

  • Counsel to Evantic, a portfolio company of Edgewater Capital Partners, in connection with its add-on acquisition of Plastic Distributors and Fabricators, LLC (PDF). PDF is a manufacturer and fabricator of high-precision, difficult to machine plastic components.
