Jake E. Roberts, Jr.

Jake is an associate in Taft’s Columbus office. His practice focuses on representing both public and private companies in corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.

Jake earned his J.D. with a Business Law certification from the DePaul University College of Law, where he was a research staffer for The Business and Commercial Law Journal. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Ohio State University.
