Summary
Jackie has experience working across all phases of commercial litigation, including removal and remand briefing, motions to dismiss, discovery, summary judgment, trial and related briefing, post-trial costs analyses, and appeal.
Before entering private practice, Jackie served as a law clerk to the Honorable Debra M. Brown of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi.
She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Fordham University, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif, and her bachelor’s degree in political science from Emory University. While in law school, Jackie worked as Senior Notes Editor for the Fordham International Law Journal and served on the Fordham Law Moot Court Board.
