Summary

Jacob focuses his practice in domestic relations law. This includes advising and litigating on behalf of clients on complex matters involving property division, child custody, establishment and enforcement of child and spousal support, establishment of paternity, international child custody and abductions under the Hague Convention, and preparation of prenuptial agreements.

In addition to his Domestic Relations practice, Jacob advises clients on probate and fiduciary litigation, probate and trust administration, and estate planning. Jacob owned and operated his own law office prior to joining Taft in 2017.

Jacob currently serves as a member of Taft’s Associate Advisory Group. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Capital University Law School and his Bachelor’s Degree at The Ohio State University, where he was a Humanities’ Scholar and a Phi Alpha Theta, National History Honor Society, Zeta Chapter member.
