Summary

Jack assists clients with international trade matters, focusing on antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as related litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade. He also advises clients on customs compliance and enforcement issues arising from the evolving U.S. trade policy.

Prior to joining the firm, Jack served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Douglas R. M. Nazarian of the Appellate Court of Maryland, where he assisted with appellate litigation matters.

Jack earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as the Trade Editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law and was a member of Georgetown’s WTO Moot Court team, which advanced to the global final round.

Drawing on his multicultural background, international perspective, and longstanding interest in global trade and economic policy, Jack brings a practical and globally informed approach to advising clients. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
