Jack C. Koepke

Jack is an attorney in Taft's Minneapolis office and focuses his practice on all aspects of business law. 

Prior to joining Taft, Jack was an associate with a well-known regional law firm where he coordinated with clients in connection with acquisitions, asset sales, financing, real estate transactions, general corporate needs and corporate governance. Before law school, Jack was a senior financial analyst for a large corporation, and his strong business and finance background informs his approach to addressing the needs of clients in a wide variety of matters.

Jack earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and his bachelor's degree in business administration from Marquette University. While in law school, Jack was a managing editor for the Minnesota Journal of International Law.
