Summary

Holli leads Taft’s Paytech and Payment Systems practice group and previously served on the firm’s leadership board. She specializes in credit and debit card processing, financial technology, and payment systems law.

Holli counsels financial institutions and merchant acquiring, fintech, money transmitter, and electronic fund transfer businesses on contractual and compliance matters. She advises companies and private equity investors in the payments industry internationally on strategic direction and merger and acquisition transactions. She also negotiates merger and acquisition purchase and sale agreements, payment facilitator, independent sales organization, and BIN contracts and counsels companies on card brand regulatory issues and on state and federal laws. Holli is widely recognized as a leading national authority on payments legal issues.
