Summary
Greg is a partner in Taft’s Dayton office and a member of the firm’s Corporate Governance practice group. He advises organizations on all aspects of corporate governance and strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, and private securities offerings. Greg guides clients through every stage of a transaction, from due diligence to negotiating final terms.
With extensive experience supporting startups, Greg also helps such clients maximize their personal liability and tax benefit objectives. He also counsels on shareholder agreements and disputes, as well as contracts involving business equipment, software, and technology.
An active member of the Dayton community, Greg serves on the Culture Works board and as Ex Officio Director of the Aullwood Audubon Center board.
