For almost 25 years, Greg has successfully represented private and public entities in an array of transactional, corporate governance and litigation-avoidance strategies. In his practice, he offers strategic counsel to closely held companies on contract negotiations, labor and employment, commercial disputes and acquisitions.
Clients consider Greg a valuable partner who brings real business acumen to his practice. He often acts as outside general counsel to many corporations and limited liability companies. Additionally, Greg’s practice includes representing financial services and insurance companies, and governmental entities, including the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in matters involving federal lending law. Greg also successfully assisted clients in securing one of twelve Level 1 medical marijuana cultivation licenses issued by the Ohio Department of Commerce to grow medical marijuana within the State of Ohio.
Utilizing his diverse skill set, Greg has successfully assisted solid waste management districts in establishing and maintaining effective and efficient quality initiatives for environmentally-friendly programs, including waste management and recycling.
Outside of his practice, Greg is a member of the Cleveland Catholic Charities Youth League and serves on the board of the Geauga County Bluecoats. He serves as law director for the City of Independence and is a former assistant county prosecutor for Geauga, Ohio.
Greg graduated from University of Toledo and received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
