George Admire

George focuses his practice on business law and mergers and acquisitions, assisting clients with transactional matters and the legal issues that arise throughout a business’s life cycle. He has experience advising on matters involving business transactions, corporate governance, and restructurings. 

Before joining the firm, George served as a law clerk with the Indiana Supreme Court’s Rural Justice Initiative, where he conducted legal research across a variety of areas that strengthened his ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop clear, well-supported legal solutions.

George earned his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he served as a Managing Editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies. He holds a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in law & public policy from Indiana University.
