Fiona focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. She represents public and private companies, private equity funds, and portfolio companies across a scope of industries.

Additionally, Fiona advises clients on energy and infrastructure transactions across the full project lifecycle, including project development and project financing. She represents domestic and international clients on complex corporate transactions across the energy sector.
