Filiz represents clients through all aspects of litigation, including performing discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; conducting extensive research and analysis on complex procedural and substantive legal issues; taking and defending depositions; preparing witnesses for deposition and trial testimony; and conducting trials in federal and state court.
Clients turn to Filiz for counsel on a variety of business disputes, mass tort and product liability cases, complex antitrust litigation, and class actions. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in English and history from Emory University.
