Ewelina is a transactional associate who focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, lending and financing, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Taft, Ewelina was a law clerk for a regional law firm in Chicago.

Ewelina earned her J.D from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, the Corporate Law Society, and the Society of Women in Law. She received her B.A. in political science and in criminology, law, and justice, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Ewelina is fluent in Polish.
