Eric A. Weberman

Eric is an associate in Taft’s Detroit office and focuses his practice on all aspects of business law, including mergers and acquisitions, complex business transactions and general corporate matters. He has experience leading contract drafting, negotiation, and enforcement and navigating changes in law to ensure regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Eric was lead counsel for the integrated services group for a multinational automotive manufacturer with headquarters in Detroit. Eric began his transactional practice in the corporate/mergers and acquisitions department of two large multinational law firms. Eric earned his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in political science from Northwestern University.
